• Lead monitoring and evaluation of project activities and outcomes
• Design M&E frameworks, indicators and reporting formats
• Analyse performance data and prepare evaluation reports
• Coordinate with donors and stakeholders on M&E requirements

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education in Economics, Statistics, Accounting or Social Sciences, in Economics, Mathematics, Accounting & Finance, Social Sciences, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 16 years of education in Economics, Statistics, Accounting or Social Sciences from an HEC recognized university
• At least 05 years of post-qualification M&E experience

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• At least 05 years of post-qualification experience of monitoring and evaluation, preferably with donor funded projects

• Male: 30 – 70 years
• Female: 30 – 70 years
• Transgender: 30 – 70 years
