About this vacancy
Develop visually engaging motion content that conveys climate challenges and policy responses in a compelling way, leading creative development and quality control of animated outputs as the Ministry's sole motion design expert.
Duties and responsibilities
- Create mood boards and storyboards aligned with the Ministry's tone
- Produce motion graphics and animated explainers for climate campaigns
- Animate climate data into visual stories
- Optimize content across platforms including Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Manage project files and assets
- Collaborate with communications leadership
- Produce rapid-response animations
- Ensure bilingual (Urdu-English) and accessible designs
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Media and related programs as listed in the advertisement, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Journalism, recognised by HEC
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline as listed in the advertisement
- Adobe After Effects (expressions, effects, 2.5D animation)
- Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Blender, Cinema 4D or other 3D tools optional
- Professional portfolio demonstrating range and quality of animated work is mandatory
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 6 years
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in motion design and animation
