About this vacancy
The Common Management Unit (CMU) is hiring a Nurse for its ART site in Gilgit-Baltistan. The post provides clinical nursing care, ART initiation, follow-up and adherence support to HIV/AIDS patients. It requires a Diploma in General Nursing registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council or a BSN.
Duties and responsibilities
- Clinical nursing care for HIV/AIDS patients at the ART centre
- ART initiation, follow-up and adherence support
- Informing the clients on infection prevention and control practices
- Patient counselling and maintenance of confidentiality
Eligibility criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's - Diploma in General Nursing, BSN, recognised by HEC, Pakistan Nursing Council
- Diploma in General Nursing (registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council) or BSN (HEC-recognized)
Experience required
- Required experience: 1 – 2 years
- One to two years of relevant clinical nursing experience, preferably in HIV/ART care
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 35 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 8 Nov 2026.
