• Provide administrative and clerical support, manage files and handle routine correspondence
• Maintain office records and filing and draft routine correspondence
• Perform data entry and document management
• Assist in meetings, logistics and administrative tasks
• Assist in daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow within the office
• Any other task assigned by the PTC CEO, Senior Management and Project Director

• Bachelor - Bachelors Degree (minimum 14 years of education), in Any Discipline, recognised by HEC
• Bachelors Degree (minimum 14 years of education) from an HEC recognized university
• Minimum 05 years experience of office management

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Minimum 05 years experience of office management
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations
