Eligibility criteria
- Matric|Intermediate|Diploma - SSC (Matric) in Science, Two Years Diploma in Pathology, HSSC (FSc) in MLT, in Medical Laboratory Technology, Pathology, recognised by KP Medical Faculty or any other Provincial Faculty / Recognized Board
- At least Second Division SSC (Matric) in Science from a recognized Board and two years diploma in Pathology from KP Medical Faculty or any other provincial faculty
- OR at least Second Division HSSC (FSc) in MLT or equivalent from a recognized Board
- Domicile of Hazara Division
- Both male and female candidates may apply
- Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel

Selection criteria as per new recruitment policy of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: ETEA screening test 20 marks, Basic Education 70 marks, Interview 10 marks, Total 100 marks. Minimum pass marks in the ETEA screening test are forty (40). Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
