Phlebotomist

Medical Teaching Institution, Nowshera (MTI, NSR), with its constituent units Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex and Nowshera Medical College, is an autonomous body run by a Board of Governors as prescribed by the Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act of 2015. Applications are invited from candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Merged Districts, erstwhile FATA) for the following posts at Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI), Nowshera. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. The recruitment is conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) on behalf of Medical Teaching Institution, Nowshera.

• Matric or Diploma or Bachelor's - Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with Science, Two (02) Years Diploma in Pathology or Laboratory Technology, Bachelor Degree (04 years) in relevant Technology (MLT, MLS, CLS), in Medical Laboratory Technology, Pathology, recognised by Recognized Medical Faculty (preferably KPK Medical Faculty) / HEC Recognized University or Institute
• Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with Science from a recognized Board along with a two (02) years Diploma in Pathology or Laboratory Technology from a recognized Medical Faculty, preferably KPK Medical Faculty, with at least two years experience in the relevant specialty preferably in a reputed hospital or healthcare institution
• OR Bachelor Degree (04 years) in relevant Technology such as MLT, MLS or CLS from an HEC recognized University or Institute
• Domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Merged Districts, erstwhile FATA)
• Candidates must possess the required qualification and relevant experience by the closing date of application
• Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Body employees must apply through the proper channel and produce a No Objection Certificate at the time of interview
• Original documents along with one set of attested copies shall be produced at the time of interview
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for the test or interview

• At least two years experience in the relevant specialty, preferably in a reputed hospital or healthcare institution, is required for candidates applying on the basis of SSC with a two year diploma; candidates holding a four year Bachelor Degree in the relevant Technology may apply as an alternative

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny of documents will be carried out by the Appointing Authority after the test and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage the candidature shall be cancelled. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip and no separate call letter will be issued for the screening test or interview.

The test is conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA). Roll number slips and test dates are announced on their official website - check it rather than waiting to be contacted.
