About this vacancy
Appointment on contract basis for three (03) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance, for Daanish Schools at Bagh and Bhimber (AJK) and Ghanche, Sultanabad and Astore (Gilgit-Baltistan). 04 posts per school (02 Male / 02 Female), total 20 posts across five schools. Pay package DS-16 plus one additional basic pay. Applicants from all over Pakistan including AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan are eligible on open merit. The recruitment is conducted by Education Testing Council (ETC) on behalf of Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (MOFEPT).
Duties and responsibilities
- Teach the assigned subject at Daanish School
- Prepare lesson plans and assess students
- Participate in curriculum and co-curricular activities
- Contribute to the grooming and personality development of students
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Physics, minimum CGPA 2.5, recognised by HEC
- 16 years' education (Master's / BS / BSc (Hons) / BA (Hons)) in the relevant subject with minimum 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized institution
- Minimum CGPA 2.50/4.00 or 3.50/5.00 where CGPA is prescribed
- M.Ed./B.Ed. will be given due advantage
- Good English communication skills
