About this vacancy
Role purpose: Provide the execution backbone for the Housing & Real Estate sector team by managing trackers, correspondence, KPIs, documentation, dashboards, and follow-ups. Key responsibilities: ● Maintain master workplan, action tracker, commitment log, and decision register. ● Prepare minutes of meetings, follow-up notes, and stakeholder correspondence. ● Track KPIs across verified parcels/units, workshops, MoUs, pilots, private-sector onboarding and deliverables. ● Maintain risk, issue, and dependency logs. ● Support preparation of presentations, briefs, dashboards, and weekly progress reports. ● Maintain a repository of documents, source material, approvals, meeting records, and policy notes. ● Coordinate calendars, workshop logistics, and internal reporting. ● Support procurement and administrative documentation where required. Required profile: • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, economics, data analytics/ computer science and/or related field (PMP or similar certification preferred). ● 3–5 years’ experience in PMO, consulting, development projects, public-sector programs or corporate strategy. ● Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills. ● High attention to detail. ● Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
