About this vacancy
The Punjab Daanish Schools and Centres of Excellence Authority (PDS&CEA) is hiring 2 Principals on contract for its newly constructed Centre of Excellence (Boys) Schools at Phoolnagar and Sarai Mughal, District Kasur. The post requires a minimum Master's degree with at least 2nd division from an HEC recognized institution. Only male candidates up to 63 years of age are eligible, and pay is OG-III (equivalent to BPS-19) with fringe benefits.
Duties and responsibilities
- Head the Centre of Excellence School
- Build effective procedures to improve the educational performance of students
- Guide and train teachers in teaching strategies and methods of instruction
- Manage administration, people management, performance evaluation and procurements
- Oversee health & safety, security & surveillance, public audits, sports, counseling, financial matters and correspondence
- Assume charge upon completion and operationalization of the newly constructed Centre of Excellence
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum Master's degree with minimum 2nd division from an HEC recognized educational institution
- Preferably 5 years' administrative experience in schools as Principal or senior faculty member
- Good knowledge of the educational system in Punjab
- Experience in guidance and training of teachers
- Leadership and command ability
- Excellent English communication and computer skills (mandatory)
- Only male candidates up to 63 years are eligible
- Applicants convicted by any court of law are not eligible
- Open to Male candidates.
Experience required
- Preferably 5 years' administrative experience in schools, in the role of a Principal or senior faculty member at a reputed school or college. Verifiable record of leadership ability at a school/college will be preferred.

- Age is counted on the closing date, 10 Nov 2026.
