Assistant Director (Electrical & Mechanical)

Assistant Director (Electrical & Mechanical) in the Engineering function of The Punjab Masstransit Authority. Two posts: one covering Lahore & Gujranwala and one covering Lahore & Sargodha, with regular travel to the assigned duty stations.

• Supervise electrical and mechanical works across assigned mass transit facilities and duty stations
• Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, plant and equipment
• Review technical designs, specifications and contractor submissions for E&M works
• Monitor contractor performance, quality, progress and compliance with technical standards
• Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports for management
• Coordinate with operations, projects and contractor teams on E&M matters
• Undertake regular travel to the assigned duty stations as required by operational needs

• Bachelor's or Master's - Bachelors/Masters degree (16 years of education) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) mandatory, in Electrical Engineering/Sciences, Mechanical Engineering/Sciences, recognised by HEC
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (16 years education from an HEC recognized institute)
• Registration with PEC is mandatory
• Two positions: Lahore & Gujranwala (01), Lahore & Sargodha (01)
• The post requires regular travel to the mentioned duty stations; selected candidates may be posted at any of the relevant duty stations according to operational requirements

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• 05 years of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 25 – 40 years
