The Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) is a public statutory body established by the Government of the Punjab in 2012 to plan, construct, operate, and maintain advanced urban mass transit systems across major cities in Pakistan's Punjab province. Headquartered in the Arfa Software Technology Park in Lahore, the authority is currently headed by Managing Director Mr. Talha Zubair and functions under a board chaired by the Chief Minister of Punjab. PMA's mission focuses on providing safe, efficient, and comfortable public transportation alternatives to mitigate urban traffic congestion.
