Manager Project Construction Management

Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC), a public sector company established by the Government of Pakistan under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination for the planning, development, construction, commissioning and operational readiness of the Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Centre (JMC&RC), Islamabad, invites applications for appointment on contract basis for three years or till completion of the JMC&RC project (whichever is earlier) on a market-based / industry-competitive pay package. Manage construction project delivery, stakeholder coordination, budgets, schedules, contracts, quality, and risk.

• Oversee, manage and coordinate all phases of the project life cycle for timely and within-budget completion
• Coordinate with key stakeholders
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, variations and major contract agreements
• Review and verify change orders and payment certificates
• Ensure compliance with contract, engineering codes and quality specifications
• Identify project risks and lead mitigation frameworks
• Coordinate progress review meetings and technical workshops
• Ensure progress, quality, safety and contract compliance across Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, recognised by PEC
• PEC/PE registration required
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience including 3 years as PM/CM
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Key skills: project lifecycle, contracts, cost, schedule, variations, quality and risk management
• Government servants must apply through proper channel

• Required experience: At least 7 years
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in construction project management, execution and contract administration, including 3 years in a leadership role as PM/CM. Experience in hospital, high-rise building and EPC projects preferred.
