Manager Planning & Controlling Engineering

Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC), a public sector company established by the Government of Pakistan under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination for the planning, development, construction, commissioning and operational readiness of the Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Centre (JMC&RC), Islamabad, invites applications for appointment on contract basis for three years or till completion of the JMC&RC project (whichever is earlier) on a market-based / industry-competitive pay package. Develop and monitor project schedules, assess delays and risks, and prepare progress and cost-control reports.

• Develop and review baseline schedules, master project programs and critical path networks
• Monitor progress against baselines, identify variances and recommend corrective actions
• Review and analyze contractor EOT claims, delay analyses and revised schedules
• Prepare weekly, monthly and executive progress reports, S-curves and dashboards
• Coordinate with stakeholders for sequence and resource alignment
• Identify scheduling risks, constraints and dependencies and propose mitigation
• Review method statements and resource histograms
• Review physical and financial progress to support invoice verification and cost control
• Manage project documents and their distribution
• Monitor project costs, identify variances and support cost-control measures

• Bachelor's in Engineering (any discipline), recognised by PEC
• PEC registration required
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in project planning, scheduling and monitoring
• Key skills: Primavera P6, scheduling, delay analysis, progress monitoring and reporting
• Government servants must apply through proper channel
• Shortlisting and selection on merit
• No TA/DA admissible

• Required experience: At least 7 years
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in project planning, scheduling and monitoring, preferably in large-scale healthcare projects. EPC experience preferred. Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and delay analysis methodologies.
