- Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's OR Bachelor (16 years education) degree in the relevant discipline
- In addition, any other equivalent qualification in relevant discipline / category recognized by PMDC
- Candidates must clearly indicate in their application form the category (A) to (E) for which they apply
