Process Server

The District Judiciary, District Dir Lower invites applications from eligible candidates who are permanent residents of District Dir Lower and hold the domicile of that district, for recruitment to the post of Process Server (BPS-05). Six posts are advertised, comprising 03 on open merit, 02 reserved for women and 01 reserved for minorities. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts with reasonable cause. After appointment, salary and other allowances will be given in accordance with the applicable rules. The recruitment is conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) on behalf of Court of Senior Civil Judge (Administration) / Ala Ilaqa Qazi, District Dir Lower.

• Original documents must be produced on the day of the interview
• Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through their department and provide an NOC from the concerned authority before appointment
• Incomplete applications, or applications containing forged documents or incorrect information, will be rejected at any stage
• Applications received after the closing date will not be accepted
• In case of a foreign degree, an HEC equivalence certificate is mandatory
• No TA/DA will be given for the test or interview

• No prior experience is required for this post.

• Age is counted on the closing date, 15 Oct 2026.

An upper limit of 35 years means you must not have reached that age on the date age is counted. A relaxation applies only to the candidates the advertisement names, with the proof it asks for.

After qualifying the test, candidates will be assessed against the eligibility criteria and detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the concerned appointing authority; if a candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage, he or she will be declared ineligible. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slip from www.etea.edu.pk, and the date, time and venue of the test will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip. No separate call letter for the screening test will be issued by post or courier.
