• Carry out procurement activities in accordance with Pakistan and Punjab procurement regulations
• Prepare bidding documents, evaluation reports and contracts
• Maintain procurement records and reporting
• Coordinate with donors on procurement requirements

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education in Project Management, MBA, MPA, M.Com, Public Administration, Commerce or Business Economics, in Project Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 16 years of education in Project Management, MBA, MPA, M.Com, Public Administration, Commerce or Business Economics from an HEC recognized university
• Good understanding of Pakistan and Punjab Procurement regulations
• At least 02 years of post-qualification procurement experience

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• At least 02 years of post-qualification experience in public or private sector procurement at provincial or national level or with international organizations; World Bank procurement experience preferred

• Male: 25 – 70 years
• Female: 25 – 70 years
• Transgender: 25 – 70 years
