Conduct all procurement activities as per PPRA Rules and PSDP procedures for NTISB.
Duties and responsibilities
- Conduct all procurement activities as per PPRA Rules and PSDP procedures
- Prepare tender documents, bid evaluations and purchase orders
- Maintain vendor databases
- Coordinate with Finance and Admin sections
- Ensure compliance with financial and audit requirements
- Monitor supply schedules
- Prepare procurement status reports
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - BBA, BS Accounting & Finance, BBA (Finance), BBA (Logistics & Supply Chain Management), BBA (Banking & Finance), MBA (Accounting & Finance), MBA (Supply Chain Management), MBA (Finance), MS Supply Chain Management, MPhil Supply Chain Management, in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Project Management, recognised by HEC
- BBA or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or Finance
- MBA and procurement certifications preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: 3 – 5 years
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in public procurement; experience with AGPR on public funds is advantageous
Age limit
- All candidates: 25 – 45 years
