Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, meetings and events among project team members, stakeholders and partners
- Provide administrative support including budget tracking, procurement, documentation and reporting
- Deliver training and capacity building of library staff
- Support community outreach and engagement activities
- Lead identification, acquisition and curation of paid digital content including e-books, journals and databases
- Collaborate with publishers and content providers to negotiate licensing agreements
- Oversee management and maintenance of the digital repository infrastructure
- Coordinate upgrading of the eLibrary mobile and web-based applications
- Oversee digitization projects converting physical library materials into digital formats
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - 16 Years Education, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
- 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunication or Software Engineering
- 02 years of relevant experience
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 2 years
- 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Age limit
- Male: 24 – 45 years
- Female: 24 – 45 years
- Transgender: 24 – 45 years
