• Coordinate daily office operations, scheduling, documentation and correspondence
• Support administrative, logistical and communication tasks
• Maintain records, assist in reporting and facilitate coordination between internal teams and consultants
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Unit

• Bachelors (14 Years) - BBA, BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology, in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, recognised by HEC
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences or IT or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution
• 5 years of experience in office coordination or administration
• Prior experience in project-based or government programs preferred
• Ability to manage daily operations and maintain accurate records

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• 5 years of experience in office coordination or administration, preferably with prior experience in project-based or government programs
• Experience accepted from: Project-Based Programs, Government Programs

• Male: 24 – 45 years
