• Overall management and administration of the project
• Liaison with government departments, T&MD, P&D Board, Finance Department and executing agencies
• Supervision of procurement, construction, financial management and project implementation
• Monitor project timelines, costs and quality standards
• Approve project reports, progress reviews and payments
• Coordinate with T&MD, PTC, PMA project team, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
• Any other task assigned by Senior Management

• Master - Masters Degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Project Management, in Civil Engineering/Sciences, Engineering, Management, Project Management, recognised by HEC
• Masters Degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Project Management or related field from an HEC recognized university
• At least 15 years of post-qualification experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning or management of large-scale infrastructure or development projects
• Experience in procurement, contract management, project planning and stakeholder coordination

• Required experience: At least 15 years
• At least 15 years of post-qualification experience with a minimum of 10 years in planning or management of large-scale infrastructure or development projects
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations
