Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and execute project activities in line with PC-1 and project scope
- Manage contracts including drafting, execution and dispute resolution
- Submit and obtain approval of cash plans and release of funds
- Ensure procurements comply with PPRA rules and regulations
- Review and approve consultancy and audit reports per ISO standards
- Follow up on release of funds with MoITT and other departments
- Convene project committee meetings and obtain required approvals
- Perform milestone review visits with higher management
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, IT, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, HR, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering or IT
- Minimum 8 years professional experience with 4 years managing IT capacity-building projects
- CISA/CISSP/ISO27001/GDPR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of ISO27001, ISO27701, ISO22301 and ISO42001 standards
- Experience in PSDP, ADP or other government-funded projects preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 8 years
- Minimum 8 years professional experience including at least 4 years managing projects focused on capacity building for IT companies
