• Carry out project planning, execution and coordination
• Perform routine project related tasks and activities
• Facilitate achievement of targets and implementation of short and long-range goals
• Monitor progress of activities and create progress reports
• Draft advertisements, EOIs and tenders and coordinate publishing
• Assist in evaluation of bids and proposals
• Perform milestone reviews with higher management

• Bachelor - 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, IT, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, HR, Business Administration, Computer Sciences or IT
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience
• Preference for PSDP/ADP/government project experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and the Pakistan IT industry

• Required experience: At least 4 years
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in human resource development, project management or capacity development projects

• Male: 18 – 45 years
• Female: 18 – 45 years
• Transgender: 18 – 45 years
