• Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, cost estimates and measurement sheets for project works
• Verify contractor measurements and prepare interim and final payment certificates
• Monitor project costs and maintain records of quantities executed
• Assist in preparation and evaluation of variation orders and claims
• Review contractor invoices and ensure compliance with contract provisions
• Support procurement and tendering activities through preparation of cost data and estimates
• Maintain quantity and cost control records throughout project implementation
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager (Engineering) or Project Director

• Diploma - DAE in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering preferred, in Associate Engineering/Sciences, Civil Engineering/Sciences, Quantity Surveying, recognised by HEC
• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related from a recognized institute; Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering will be preferred
• Minimum 05 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, BOQ preparation and measurement of construction works

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Minimum 05 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, BOQ preparation and measurement of construction works
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations

• Male: 18 – 45 years
