• Greet and assist visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Answer and transfer phone calls to relevant staff members
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence
• Handle incoming and outgoing letters (DAK) through the E-FOAS system
• Maintain office filing and storage systems both physical and digital
• Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners and fax machines as required
• Perform data entry manually and using computer systems
• Assist in coordinating with management and other departments
• Ensure the reception area is presentable and well organized
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Perform additional duties assigned by management

• Bachelors (16 Years)|Masters - 4 Years Graduation, Masters in any discipline, in Any Discipline, recognised by HEC
• 4 years graduation or Masters (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized institute
• At least 2 years of post qualification relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to Female candidates.
