Research Associate Communication

Research Associate Communication at The Urban Unit, Planning and Development Board, supporting the organization's media, digital outreach and internal communication work.

• Develop high-quality press releases, articles, reports and newsletters
• Assist in drafting social media posts, website content and digital campaigns
• Coordinate with media outlets for coverage, interviews and press briefings
• Conduct research on communication trends, media impact and stakeholder engagement
• Support in organizing workshops, conferences and public outreach events
• Assist in managing social media channels, engagement analytics and content scheduling
• Monitor trends and suggest strategies to improve digital outreach
• Coordinate with project teams to gather information and translate it into engaging content
• Support internal communication efforts including email updates and staff briefings

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Mass Communication, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Mass Communication

• Required experience: Up to 1 year
• 0-1 year relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 18 – 35 years
