About this vacancy
Conduct market research, analyze data and deliver insights, design research methodologies and studies, prepare reports and advise on marketing and business strategy. Annual increments of 5% or 3% apply depending on KPI achievement and overall performance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients on market research and actionable insights
- Design research methodologies and run qualitative and quantitative studies including surveys, focus groups and interviews
- Develop customized research proposals
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitive positioning
- Collect and analyze data with statistical and analysis tools
- Advise on optimizing marketing campaigns and business strategies
- Prepare research reports, executive summaries and presentations
- Provide ongoing client support and help clients understand target markets
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Minimum 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Economics, Research, Public Policy, Business Administration, in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Economics, Research, Public Policy or Business Administration
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 6 years
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience including at least 4 years managing PSDP programs in marketing research, survey reports, data analytics and strategic management; preference to candidates with PSDP/ADP/government project experience
- Experience accepted from: Government Projects, PSDP Projects, ADP Projects
