• Lead the design and implementation of the Emission Trading System and carbon pricing strategies
• Support during the hiring of the consultancy firm
• Work with the consulting firm and individual consultants on ETS and support industrial surveys for construction of baselines
• Carry out necessary coordination with relevant departments and authorities
• Recommend the appropriate marketing system for ETS
• Prescribe institutional arrangements including software systems and properly calibrated hardware systems
• Any other task assigned by higher authorities

• Bachelors (16 Years)|MS/MPhil (18 Years) - Masters in Environmental Engineering, Masters in Chemical Engineering, Masters in Energy Engineering, Bachelors in Environmental Engineering, Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, Bachelors in Energy Engineering, in Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Energy Engineering with 08 years relevant experience, or Bachelors degree in the same disciplines with 10 years relevant experience
• Experience in carbon markets regulatory compliance, emissions inventorying, industrial process engineering, CDM and carbon pricing mechanisms

• Required experience: At least 8 years
• Masters degree with 08 years relevant experience or Bachelors degree with 10 years relevant experience; experience in regulatory compliance related to carbon markets, voluntary and compliance-based carbon trading platforms, emissions inventorying, industrial and process engineering including boilers and power plants, CDM, carbon pricing mechanisms, carbon credit trading and cap-and-trade systems
