• Postgraduate - MBBS, FCPS, MD, MRCP Psychiatry, Diplomat American Board, in Child And Adolescent Psychiatry, recognised by Pakistan Medical Commission
• MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by and registered with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council
• FCPS, M.D, MRCP Psychiatry or Diplomat American Board or equivalent qualification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council
• Alternatively the same post-graduate qualification in Psychiatry with one year experience after post-graduation in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in a recognized institution
• Punjab domicile

• No prior experience is required for this post.
• No experience is required with the post-graduate qualification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry; the alternative route requires one year experience after post-graduation in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in an institution recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. Conditions of experience: only practical experience in a recognized institution issued by the appointing authority or PMDC/PMC after the prescribed qualification is considered, supported by appointment letters, notifications or office orders. Government sector contract, current charge, acting charge and ad-hoc experience is accepted if issued by the appointing/competent authority or PMDC/PMC. OPS/designated (up to 17.06.2021 only), BOM, TTS and university cadre experience is considered only if recognized and issued by PMDC/PMC. Foreign, autonomous body and private institution experience is accepted only if recognized and issued by PMDC/PMC.
