• Postgraduate - MBBS, FCPS, MD, CCT, Diplomat American Board, in Paediatric Bone Marrow Transplant, recognised by Pakistan Medical Commission
• MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission
• Registered with the Pakistan Medical Commission
• FCPS, MD, CCT or Diplomat American Board in Paediatric Haematology Oncology or equivalent qualification with one year experience in Paediatric Bone Marrow Transplant after post-graduation
• Alternatively FCPS, MD, CCT or Diplomat American Board in Clinical Haematology or equivalent qualification with two years' experience in Paediatric Bone Marrow Transplant after post-graduation
• Punjab domicile

• Required experience: At least 1 year
• One year experience in Paediatric Bone Marrow Transplant after post-graduation in Paediatric Haematology Oncology, or two years' experience in Paediatric Bone Marrow Transplant after post-graduation in Clinical Haematology, from an institute recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission. Conditions of experience: only practical experience in a recognized institution issued by the appointing authority or PMDC/PMC after the prescribed qualification is considered, supported by appointment letters, notifications or office orders. Government sector contract, current charge, acting charge and ad-hoc experience is accepted if issued by the appointing/competent authority or PMDC/PMC. OPS/designated (up to 17.06.2021 only), BOM, TTS and university cadre experience is considered only if recognized and issued by PMDC/PMC. Foreign, autonomous body and private institution experience is accepted only if recognized and issued by PMDC/PMC.
