• Propose strategies to promote sustainable economic growth, investment and private sector development through special initiatives
• Design and implement programs that promote balanced regional economic development and expand economic opportunities in underserved areas
• Develop and propose suggestions for improving productivity and competitiveness of key economic and industrial sectors
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement cost-effective and sustainable solutions
• Propose and design projects for establishing or upgrading industrial estates, economic zones and related facilities
• Develop indices to measure economic and industrial development across regions
• Analyze economic and industrial data to identify trends, disparities and areas for improvement
• Propose evidence-based policy recommendations to improve economic outcomes and reduce regional disparities

• Bachelors (16 Years)|MS/MPhil (18 Years) - BS Economics, BS Applied Economics, MSc Economics, MSc Applied Economics, in Economics, Applied Economics, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 16 years of education in Economics, Applied Economics or other relevant disciplines from an HEC recognized institution with 2 to 4 years experience, or minimum 18 years of education with 2 to 3 years relevant experience
• Experience preferably in economic research, planning and economic or industrial development

• Required experience: 2 – 4 years
• 16 years of education with minimum 2 to 4 years experience, or 18 years of education with minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience, preferably in economic research, planning and economic/industrial development
