Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee thematic verticals such as AgriTech, HealthTech, CleanTech and FinTech or specific programme tracks
- Design and execute detailed program curricula including workshops, boot camps, mentor match-ups and Demo Day logistics
- Monitor startup progress against milestones and conduct monthly reviews
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 startups providing guidance on business modeling, fundraising readiness and investor diligence
- Liaise with external partners to deliver specialized sessions to cohorts
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - 16 Years Education, in Business Administration, Project Management, recognised by HEC
- 16 years of education in Business Administration, Commerce or Project Management
- 07 years of relevant experience
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 7 years
- 07 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Age limit
- Male: 29 – 45 years
- Female: 29 – 45 years
- Transgender: 29 – 45 years
