Duties and responsibilities
- Provide knowledge support including presentation of regional best practices
- Provide technical support for the Punjab Affordable Housing Program
- Contribute to identification of major factors influencing strategy development and new schemes focusing on transportation links, quality of urban infrastructure and urban environment
- Assess current and expected demand for urban infrastructure and services in proposed housing schemes and estimate financing requirements
- Provide inputs in formulation of location and infrastructure investment criteria and procedures for PAHP housing schemes
- Assist in preparing regulations such as the Condominium Act, Real Estate Regulatory Act and Land Use and Zoning Regulations
- Liaise with and oversee quality and timeliness of engineering consultants deliverables for municipal infrastructure networks
- Any other task assigned by the Senior Specialist Infrastructure
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelors (16 Years)|MS/MPhil (18 Years) - BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering, Masters in Urban Infrastructure Planning and Designing, Masters in Civil Engineering, in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, recognised by HEC
- BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from a reputable HEC recognized university
- Masters in Urban Infrastructure Planning and Designing, Civil Engineering or related field from a reputable HEC recognized university
- Minimum 08 years relevant experience in urban infrastructure projects
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 8 years
- Minimum 08 years of relevant experience in urban infrastructure projects, designing and managing municipal infrastructure projects

- Female: 18 – 50 years
- Transgender: 18 – 50 years
