Specialist Legal (Advisory and Drafting) (SLA&D/2026)

Assist in drafting legislative, legal and licensing frameworks of the organization, prepare working papers and presentations, engage with regulatory bodies and provide legal advisory on day-to-day affairs.

• Draft agreements, legal opinions and memorandums for internal and external matters
• Assist in drafting rules, regulations, manuals and policies
• Advise on legal requirements of the Federal Government, ministries and regulators
• Advise on legal risks and mitigation strategy
• Draft and negotiate contracts, procurement documents, MoUs and letters of intent
• Research legal queries, case law and regulatory matters

• Bachelor's - LLB, LLM, BBA (LLB), BA LLB, in Law, recognised by HEC
• Graduate/bachelor's degree (16 years), LLB from an HEC-recognized national or foreign university
• Preferably enrolled as an Advocate of High Court
• Excellent legal drafting, multitasking and communication skills

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in public sector/private sector organizations and/or corporate/commercial law firms

• All candidates: 18 – 35 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 7 Sept 2026.
