Startup Growth Lead

Startup Growth Lead to support incubation programme operations and startup milestone tracking.

• Provide administrative and logistical support to Program Managers and Senior Program Managers
• Schedule workshops, mentor sessions and investor meetings
• Maintain the incubation and acceleration CRM and track milestone completion
• Coordinate stipend and grant disbursement processes and verify KPI achievements
• Support event logistics during Demo Days and training sessions

• Bachelor's - 16 Years Education, in Business Administration, Project Management, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Strategic Studies or Entrepreneurship

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience

• All candidates: 24 – 45 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 17 Sept 2026.
