Duties and responsibilities
- Provide overall coordination, supervision and performance monitoring of the Vehicular Emission Scanning System and VETU activities at EPA Punjab
- Coordinate implementation of RSD, PEMS, ALPR, dashboard, field operations, vendor support, training and handover activities
- Prepare periodic progress reports, technical briefs, performance updates and submissions for the competent authority
- Maintain liaison with EP&CCD, SP&IU, EPA Punjab, Transport Department, Traffic Police, Excise & Taxation Department, PITB, Punjab Safe Cities Authority and the contractor/vendor
- Perform any other task assigned by the authority
Eligibility criteria
- MS/MPhil (18 Years) - MS Environmental Engineering, MS Environmental Sciences, MS Management Sciences, MS Ecology, MS Climate Science, in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Management Sciences, Ecology, Climate Science, recognised by HEC
- MS/MPhil (18 years) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Management Sciences, Ecology or Climate Science
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 10 years
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience at MS/MPhil (18 years) level
Age limit
- Male: 30 – 50 years
- Female: 30 – 50 years
- Transgender: 30 – 50 years
