Eligibility criteria
- Master - Master, in Public Administration, Business Administration, recognised by HEC
- Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's Degree in Public Administration / Business Administration from a University recognized by the HEC
- Two (2) years post qualification experience in the relevant field

Age limit
- Male: 22 – 30 years (+5 years relaxation)
- Female: 22 – 30 years (+5 years relaxation)
- Transgender: 22 – 30 years (+5 years relaxation)
