• Engage with students and scholars on Pakistan's history, culture, people, languages, literature, geography and political economy
• Engage with university staff in teaching Urdu, Pakistan Studies, Pakistani literature, history, society and culture
• Interact with the academic community to strengthen relations with Pakistani academia
• Attend weekly seminars at the Centre of South Asian Studies and other academic fora
• Engage with scholars with a research interest in Pakistan as envisaged in the MOU
• Organize conferences, seminars, symposia, workshops and art exhibitions showcasing Pakistan's culture

• PhD from an HEC-recognized university in a relevant research area in the humanities or social sciences

• Excellent record of teaching and research; at the level of Associate Professor or above

• All candidates: 18 – 55 years
