Assistant Director (Administration)

Assistant Director (Administration) for the Council on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities under Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal Punjab.

• Manage day-to-day office administration of the Council
• Handle human resource matters including recruitment, records and staff coordination
• Oversee procurement of goods and services in line with applicable rules
• Maintain official records, correspondence and filing systems
• Support general management and logistical arrangements for Council activities

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Business Administration, Public Administration or Human Resources, in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, recognised by HEC
• Bachelors degree (16 years education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or a related field

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, human resources, procurement or general management, preferably in a public sector or non-profit organization
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Non-Profit Organizations

• All candidates: 21 – 35 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 12 Oct 2026.
