• BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence

One paper MCQ type written test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration comprising 100 percent qualification related questions. Candidates who qualify the written test are called for an MS Office proficiency test on computer at the ratio of 1:20. A candidate must obtain 40 percent marks in the written test to qualify and qualified candidates are called for interview at the ratio of 1:5. Negative marking applies and 0.25 marks are deducted for each wrong answer.
