About this vacancy
Assistant Divisional Engineer in BPS-17 at NTC under the Balochistan Initiative, assisting in managing, planning and operating ICT-based technical platforms including data centre infrastructure, cloud and virtualization, next-generation voice and broadband networks, transmission networks, optical fiber and copper networks and broadband devices. Balochistan domicile required.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage and deploy technical staff and maintain office discipline
- Maintain and analyze daily technical and official reports
- Plan and design upcoming projects based on market trends and customer needs
- Prepare technical and financial plans for new deployments and for repair and maintenance
- Define and implement SOPs for smooth network and systems operations
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - BS Computer Science, BE Electrical Engineering, BS Telecommunication Engineering, BE Electronics Engineering, BE Mechanical Engineering, BS Computer Networks, BE Software Engineering and related degrees as listed in the advertisement, in Telecom Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council
- Balochistan domicile
