Assistant

Assistant in BPS-15 at the Finance Division (Military Finance Wing) under the Balochistan Initiative, covering file management, case referencing, record upkeep and general clerical support. Balochistan domicile required. Federal Age Relaxation Rules apply.

• Open official files and track their movement
• Examine incoming cases and attach relevant previous papers, rules and background references
• Keep records of administrative orders and policy decisions
• Index, track and periodically weed obsolete files
• Monitor priority or security labels on files and advise the Section Officer when they can be removed
• Maintain the diary register, draft reminders, do casual typing and prepare numerical statements or data

• Bachelor's - BA, B.Com, BSc, BBA, BS programmes and Associate Degrees as listed in the advertisement, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification as listed in the advertisement
• Balochistan domicile

• No prior experience is required for this post.
