About this vacancy
NDMA seeks Assistant Manager (IT Ops) on contract basis on lump sum package (equivalent to PPS-07) for an initial period of 24 months, extendable on requirement basis. Posts filled on open merit basis.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide assistance in IT-related management operations
- Assist in technical support activities in NGT/GRH and Zoom meetings
- Ensure functionality of Desktop PCs and video wall systems
- Support operation and maintenance of SMD displays and sound systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve services and infrastructure issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Monitor desktop systems, SMD controllers and related services
- Provide support in SIMEX and CISE related to NDMA mobile applications
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - BS, MS, in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, recognised by HEC
- BS/MS in Computer Science/AI/IT/Electrical Engineering from HEC recognized institution
- Contract for initial 24 months extendable
- Minimum 18 months mandatory service
- Original documents attested by HEC at interview
- No TA/DA for test/interview

- No prior experience is required for this post.
