Assistant

NAVTTC requires Assistants (BPS-15) for Regional/Sub Offices anywhere in Pakistan. Post to be filled on deputation basis; only regular civil servants in the same scale are eligible. Selected candidates join at NAVTTC HQ Islamabad and may be posted anywhere in Pakistan. No TA/DA for interview.

• Office noting and drafting
• Computer-based office work

• Second class or Grade C Bachelor Degree from HEC-recognized university
• Must be computer literate
• Good command in office noting/drafting
• Must be a regular public/civil servant in Federal/Provincial Government or Autonomous Body in the same scale
• Contract, project-based or Tenure Track System employees not eligible
• Departmental NOC required at interview

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Minimum 3 years experience; experience in Education or TVET sector preferred
• Experience accepted from: Federal Government Organizations, Provincial Government Organizations, Autonomous Bodies

• All candidates: 18 – 55 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 13 Oct 2026.
