The District Courts, Peshawar invite applications for recruitment against the following vacant posts from permanent residents of District Peshawar only, who hold a District Peshawar domicile certificate. All posts will be filled under the rules and regulations issued by the Peshawar High Court and the Provincial Government and purely on merit. The competent authority has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts with reasonable cause. This post is Assistant (BPS-16), 02 positions on merit. The recruitment is conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) on behalf of Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Peshawar.

• Bachelor's - BA, BSc, Equivalent qualification, recognised by Recognized University
• Only permanent residents of District Peshawar holding a District Peshawar domicile certificate are eligible to apply
• Government employees must attach or upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department
• In case of a foreign degree or equivalent education, an equivalency certificate from HEC is mandatory
• Original documents must be provided at the time of test or interview
• Applications received after the closing date will not be accepted; incomplete applications or applications submitted with incorrect information may be rejected at any stage
• All posts will be filled under the rules and regulations issued by the Peshawar High Court and the Provincial Government, and purely on merit
• No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for the test or interview

• No prior experience is required for this post.

• All candidates: 18 – 30 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 15 Oct 2026.

A screening test for all posts will be conducted through ETEA, for which candidates apply online on the ETEA website. Candidates who qualify the ETEA test will be put through further stages of scrutiny; the date for the written, practical or oral test of candidates successful in the ETEA test will be determined later and notified on the website of this office. Candidates will be informed of the test and interview by ETEA through SMS, so candidates must not change their active mobile SIM until the recruitment process is complete, otherwise the responsibility rests with the candidate. Candidates will be informed by ETEA Peshawar through SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slip from the ETEA website; the date, time and place of the test will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip. No separate call letter for the screening test will be issued by post or courier.
