About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Associate Manager Analytics in its Cards & Payment Division (Digital Banking Group), Band-10 to Band-9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly MIS on acquiring activities
- Pre-screen merchant applications
- Monitor deviations and retrieval requests daily
- Track sales team performance and report on sales activities
- Follow up with CIU, DFMU, Legal, Operations and RMG on merchant requests
- Resolve merchant complaints
- Reconcile merchant accounts with batch settlement
- Prepare retrieval and chargeback MIS and resolve chargebacks
- Process merchant payments and manual postings
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, recognised by HEC
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized university
- Preference for Master's degree holders
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- Minimum 04 years of banking/non-banking experience; preference for relevant experience
- Experience accepted from: Banking, Non-Banking
