About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Unit Head Collections & Recovery (GoPb) in its Collections & Recovery Division (Digital Banking Group), Band-5 to Band-3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Duties and responsibilities
- Manage the nationwide collections tele team
- Lead and strategize centralized telephonic collection operations to control delinquency and NPLs
- Monitor monthly collection and recovery targets and review incentive plans
- Develop collection strategies to improve contactability and PTP conversion
- Lead team leaders and handle manpower planning and performance management
- Analyze portfolio trends, bucket movements and flow rates
- Ensure compliance with collection policy and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with Field Collections, Recovery, Legal, Risk and IT
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized university
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 9 years
- Minimum 09 years of relevant banking/non-banking experience
- Experience accepted from: Banking, Non-Banking
Age limit
