About this vacancy
The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Manager - Branch Banking Operations in its Branch Banking Operations (Operations Group), Band-10 to Band-9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Duties and responsibilities
- Manage operational affairs of branch as per SOPs and SBP guidelines
- Ensure compliance of internal, external audit and SBP exceptions
- Recheck daily vouchers and maintain administrative and financial discipline
- Act as custodian of cash key and ATM combination lock
- Monitor suspense and sundry ledgers and reconcile asset inventory
- Handle customer complaints and ensure service standards
- Coach and train operations staff
- Ensure branch security arrangements and risk management
- Maintain unclaimed deposits, zakat and cheque book records
- Perform branch SOD and EOD and forex reporting
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university
- Knowledge of relevant SBP and BOP policies and procedures
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- Preference for minimum 04 years of banking experience with knowledge of SBP and BOP policies and procedures
- Experience accepted from: Banking
