Branch Manager - Conventional/TIB

The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Branch Manager - Conventional/TIB in its Branch Banking Division (Consumer Banking Group), Band-11 to Band-10. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA admissible. Market based competitive remuneration. Females, minorities, differently abled persons and transgender persons are encouraged to apply. Locations include D.G Khan, Faisalabad-A/B, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Indus, Karachi-A/B, Lahore-A/B/C, Multan-A/B, Okara, Sahiwal, Sargodha and Sialkot regions.

• Achieve monthly deposit, NTB and ETB targets of the branch with focus on CASA
• Achieve cross-functional assigned targets
• Improve customer servicing TATs through prompt handling of complaints and enquiries
• Ensure branch efficiency while improving QA, FTC and audit category
• Implement bank policies and procedures under SBP guidelines and PRs
• Provide leadership for performance management and productivity of branch staff

• Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• Minimum 02 years of banking experience; preference for relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Banking

• All candidates: 18 – 55 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 15 Oct 2026.
