The Business Analyst bridges business needs and digital solutions, analysing processes, requirements and data to enable evidence-based decision-making across national digital initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities
- Elicit, document and analyze requirements from ministries, regulators and partner organizations
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and business process re-engineering
- Support project prioritization and portfolio alignment
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Partner with product, engineering and data teams
- Analyze KPIs and generate actionable insights
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Data Analytics, in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Data Science, recognised by HEC
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics or Data Analytics
- Business process re-engineering expertise
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Analytical problem-solving
- Stakeholder engagement
- Governance, security and data privacy knowledge
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably within government or public sector digital transformation projects
