About this vacancy
LLB/LLM with experience in contracts, litigation, corporate law or negotiations.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide legal oversight of all privatization transactions
- Ensure legal due diligence and regulatory compliance
- Manage and oversee litigation involving the Commission
- Draft, review and negotiate SPAs, concession agreements and PPP contracts
- Supervise external legal advisors
- Advise senior management on legal and governance issues
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - LLB, LLM, in Law
- Experience in contracts OR litigation OR corporate law OR negotiations preferred
- International qualifications/experience preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 12 years
- 12 years experience in contracts, litigation, corporate law or negotiations
